1. This company works on region based model. Since each region works as separate company itself, there may be opportunity to grow in some areas.

Co-workers are vey nice people |

flexible timing - you can have your own schedule as long as you get your stuff done on time |
|
As a VP you can smoooze the SVP and stick around till retirement no need to climb any ladders just the SVP needs to be comforted most do not want confrontation so they let the lower levels VP's let director levels run the show of who stays and who goes |

CGI does little to nothing to keep talent on board in acquistions, and does absolutely nothing to maintain a network with former consultants, which can be highly valuable in most industries. Many consulting firms understand this, but CGI does not. The company routinely sets itself up for political failure with clients. The mid-level managers are largely unpolished overachievers who do not impress anyone paying attention. Current financial results are weak, and will likely not improve. |

Be open with the freaking numbers such as executive bonues, insider trading etc. |
|
There is opportunity to advance, but you have to be proactive in your career. Lots of people leave and eventually return to the company, so it can't be all that bad! |
