Things that Walmart inc must improve on

To go back to it's roots of revolving around the hourly associates who make this company exceed. I am a store manager who is seeing this company evolve into procedures and processes instead of human interaction |

tha way they treat the people who work hard for them and pay us better been at walmert for 18 years and its getting very bad for us who been with the company for many years... |

Wages.. Employees who have been working at wal mart for years are being paid similar wages as those who just started. In my case. I am making significantly less then new associates. |

They need to be more involved in what goes on in each store. I did not see any member of management from out side the store in my department for the last several years. They never new what was going on within the walls of my area. |

How it communicates with employees |

Treat employees fairly. Get rid of old crabby employees. Give employees fair hours. I was hired part and wanted full time. Many came after me and was given full time. They me no full is available. Make everybody work and watch for employees that play around. |

they need to come off this pay level program and pay a person what they deserve for the work they do. the ict team works the hardest but gets payed the less thats so unfair. |

show your associates that you care, you took away incentive raises, haven't seen any associate of the month in a long time.. If you want people to work hard give them a good reason to. People work when they are treated better!!!! |

As a store manager I scored very high on my associate opinion survey. That is where your associates rate the company and you as a manager. My market team basically told me that my score was too good and I was not holding my associates accountable enough. Very frustrating |

Sorry for negative attitude, management has been awful to all my co-workers. We are a good team and that just bothers our store manager so much he is firing good people, and promoting the lazy ones. Been a great year! |

I believe one day all the things that they are doing will come back and haunt them. It is all well and good to give to charity but that alone can not replace what they are doing to all the employees who make that possible. I dedicated 17 years to a company who no longer respected me and was not willing to help me even though I had been there for them time and time again. |

Communicate with employees more. I work hard and earn my pay. I am searching for full time. Walmarts hired many people after me and gave them full time. |

i have had several jobs in the years but ive never work for a company that didnt have someone to oversee their stores and give those who deserve it a raise .i hope they take the time to consider what im saying thow i doubt it. |

I love my job..been there 11 years. But whats been happening of late makes me question why I'm still there.. Morale in my store is at an all time low.. Not enough people makes it hard to do the job right. I care about what I do but can't do my job right if I have to be in 2 or 3 depts. a night. Need to start getting freight to the floor earlier. Too much time wasted moving freight. Need to go back to the way things were done when I first started. Receiving is sweltering in the summer and freezing in the winter.. need power jacks to move pallets, more efficent than the ones we have now! If a small store can afford them why can't we??? |

After working for walmart and being a customer I think that Sam Walton would be ashamed of the way his company is treating their employees and customers. You need to get back to what he believed and make it work. Instead of being so money hungry! I don't even like to tell people where I work, they feel sorry for me. |
