I recently ordered my Dell Inspiron 6400, and was surprised by the quick turnaround time and also the willingness of Dell reps to satisfy me. The order was scheduled for delivery after 14 days - I called and explained my situation that I cannot wait for 14 days - Dell managed to deliver the order within 7 days - that's what I call customer service.

Also the product quality is top notch.
