i was at store 1017 on 8-6-10 at 12:44:26 to pick up a few things every thing was fine until i check out the cashier was getting my reciept with my change in his hand and he hold his hand to his mouth and cough on them he did not need to hold his hand over his mouth to try to stop gems when he cough on my money&reciept that was nasty i started to come back in the store to tell him something after i though about it i said i best tell the manager maybe he did it without thanking any way i am a clean man and thank it need to be address he is the man that was working at the cashier as you go out to the garden&flowers exit. my name is willie mcknight may god bless. |

No one is ever in pet department - not enough selection of canned cat food - always out of litter or Purina dry. Employees need to be trained on how to care for fish or STOP selling them. PetSmart cleans their betta daily and puts a conditioner in the water - what's wrong with WALMART!! |

Yes, like I said before today I went to wal mart # 5330 as usual, I go maybe 5 times a week and I never had any bad experience as today, the cashier made me feel little, She not even said Hi or not even at least made eye contact, She was very upset, I do not have idea way, but she was slamming the items, she not even was letting me get the bagged items and of course, she just hand me the receipt with no thanks, you should use more your store camaras and look what kind of customer service they are giving, some of the cashiers are not helping the store to succed; FW OP#00001637 TE#16 TR#02199 09/18/08 17:34:30 |

I went to Walmart at 1850 Veterans Memorial Highway Islandia NY 11749 to pick up a one hou photo order. Upon my arrival at the photo counter, there was no one to help me. When I did find an associate to assist me she was no assistance at all. She was extremely rude and told me the machine has been down for the last 24 hours and there is no eta on when it will be back up. They didn't have my prints and would do nothing to correct the problem. I needed these prints for work at that exact time and had nothing to bring back. This store was not helpful and I will not return there to pick up this order. I spoke with the CSM and he was no help either. I will never shop at this store again. Store #2917 |

I'M OBVIOUSLY A BIG WAL-MART FAN But I just got back from a store and today was a rare exception. Except for the cashier and the front door lady the people I came in contact with acted like they were from Mars or had hangovers. Disinterested is the best way to characterize them. Rare in WalMart. But no one can do what you do all the time. |

Checkers could be a little nicer, most or nice and I do understand they are under a lot of pressure and there is never enough check stands open and customers get tired of waiting 25 to 30 minutes to get checked out. |

Seems a shame to see wilted or dead plants being discarded,broken bricks or packaages of mulch ec. being thrown away, when customers would like to buy them at reduced prices, and could possibly use them someway. |

I was there last week and went to buy a pair of shorts that were marked down. The lady rung them up and said that they weren't for sale. She tried several times to ring them up for me because they were the last pair of shorts in my size. She sent me to the girl that was marking clothes down in the ladies dept. I told the lady about what was going on, and all she said was,oh, I guess i was supposed to put those in the back. I said well them were the only ones in my size. she said that she guessed that i would have to find something else because thos weren't for sale. She was quite rude about it. |

I'm a customer who has recently been subjected to a pervasive scheme whereby I am repeatedly and emphatically called mam, dear, honey, etc., and asked "are you OK?" for whatever reason and the person(s) responsible for this also comment on and/or take note to my purchase(s)and expenditures. (Which are not unusual in any way.) I was standing at the register waiting for checkout when a clerk saw this as an opportunity to "mam" me (and did so emphatically) by saying to me "mam, are you ready for checkout". Why else would a customer be standing at the register with their merchandise to check out? |

My husband and I take our children to Wal-Mart on a regular basis(one of our family outings)we enjoy shopping there and just looking at things. We teach our children to respect everything and everyone, so when they look at toys and find some not in good shape due to others it is one way of showing them an example of why we respect. |
