One can learn a lot - Consulting is a serious and complex job, Accenture does it the best. When I compare my tenure and my friends working at other/similar companies, I have grown a lot; these skills will definitely help me on the long run.

Work-life balannce - I am putting crazy hours. Since I am single it is not a big deal for me. I am not sure how this would impact my family life once married.

What would be the one thing that Accenture should improve the most?

More communication to the employees. In my mind Accenture is doing a great job with offshore outsourcing and keeping the small Indian players at bay. Even though it may impact me also, I am glad they are doing it this way. The bottom-line if we dont go full speed with off shoring, we'll end up losers. I rather sacrifice some and be on a wining team. Not everyone of my co-workers think this way, that's where more communication from the top would be better. Also it would also help improve the morale of such folks.
