Dell salespeople misrepresented a Dimensions 2400 as being usable with Windows95. This was asked THREE TIMES of the salesperson since Windows95 is the ONLY operating system our Church is willing to use.

computer crashed right out of box. anything beyond playing cards crashed the system.

Warranty issues.. They never seem to know whats going on. I'm always transferred from department to department. It usually take over 2 hours to get somebody to actually help, if not more.

2 weeks ago me and an agent tried to fix my dell laptop, its under warranty and they said they will send a box to ship it to repairs in. its been 2 weeks and no box, I contacted them via email 3 times, only the last one got a reply

Computer sent in for repair under extended warranty have heard nothing from anyone even after 15+ calls. Promised manager would call next day now 5 days later. No one knows where our laptop is. Ect........
