TRAINING. Value of its employees. Stop making employees feel as though they are all replaceable when they dont train them properly

At&t used to be a family oriented company that valued its employees. We used to be properly trained to do our job now when something new is implemented we are given a 1 page email explaining it and thats it. We are from that point expected to know everything about it. The out look for at&t isnt bright. employees are the first person customers see and what we do and act will leave a negative impression

getting to the right department one department have very little contact. between customer care and tech support. always spend hours on phone to solve simple problems and one dept. has no clue what other dept has putin file

returned product in dec09 had perchased warranty till 2012 refused tech support for 9 months because customer service did not contact tech support with info. refused to extend warranty the 8 months i was without support when they had returned part since dec support reinstated finally inaug 2010,but i feel i was cheatedout of 8 months service
