good pay rate

i am prn physical therapist in homehealth uvalde started patient care 10-13-2008 and up to today 11-19-08 i have not received payment accdg to local office due to corporate needs to sign paycheck. It took 3weeks for contract to get changed to indep contractor. They say its corporate.

Be timely in contracts with staff, or the word in the rehab therapy world will spread about LHC payment and contract practices & delay tactics.

I have done work immediately when homehealth uvalde ask for patient evaluations, submitted documentation within 24hrs, in constant contact with all PTA's, presented myself for orientation when they asked me to, complied with all requirements, but LHC has not paid me a single dollar to this day, took 3 wks to sign contract, asking PRN status to be changed to indep contractor. The Uvalde office states it because of corporate. This tells me LHC corporation is not a good thing and given the future, i will not recommend this company based on actual experience.

1. The employees interest if I could find what I came for.
2. If I couldn't find somegthing the employee would go look in back to see if more in stock.
3. Their courtesy, and smiling most of the time.

Hire people solely to put items backwhere they belong, customers seem to just decide not to buy the item and just drop it off anywhere they please.

Never work for a call center, you are a robot and have no freedom at all

easy access
user friendly hours
normally very prompt

never seem to have sufficient help during peak hours
level of authority at tellers level very low
the help available for services other than that of teller is very limited

Possibly better training

Convenient location, consistent quality food, ability to order hamburgers cooked my way

Sometimes crowded, desserts to high calorie, soups are consistently disappointing

Find some better soup recipes

The employees at our local Ruby Tuesday do a great job and we are regular diners.
