My Avon rep. took 2/3 months to get my order after I've paid for it this happen twice; then when i asked for a freebie for my trouble and wait she directed me to headquarters well headquarters Ms. Nicole stated i have to take it up with my rep. i love the products but service sure Suck.

Being a fairly new customer to Kohls - it is a very pleansatn experience each time I go. Prices and discounts are great!!

The employees are great, hard working people, that care about their work.

omnicare recently cut employyee wages by 8% percent while they had triple profits this year! The company does not care about their employees, and akes advantage of the current economic situation to rip them off every chance they get.

#1 should be return the 8% percent that they took from their employees.
#2 treat their employees wth respect
#3 improve morale

Omnicare is a very cheap company to work for. They constantly cut corners at the expense of teir customers/patients. Corporate doesn't seem to care about their employees and their policies prove that. The Rochester NY facility is a great facility with excelent workers, but they are not appreciated or paid for their hard work. Many of their employees are single mothers with children living from pay check to paycheck. The company recently cut 8 percent of their pay. However, they made triple profits this quarter. This is corporate greed at it's finest.

Large company, r&d is impressive, i work there.

The company is now trading customer satisfaction for a better bottom line. Employee treatment. Everyday I shake my head at uneducated and desperate decisions and implementations made by upper level management trying to succeed at the goals set forth by his/her next level exec.

From an personal stand point. I will make anywhere from 1 to 10 phone calls to 2-6 different departments that are by the way constantly changing names and phone numbers and field support responsibilities. also there is so much turnover in these positions (probably due to employee treatment or restructuring) that no one knows how to take of business. I understand restructuring if it benefits the customer or streamlines the process. I don't understand such a fragmented field support system.
