Brookdale corporate office needs to check more on their property directors and have more input from tne common employee. They don't hear the complaints from employees because as we hear on our property "what happens here stays here" so corporate thinks evertthings okay, when actually the property is seeing major turn over of employees and residents. Each group saying they no longer trust management. You can't run a property with treats and lies. Example Chambrel at Williamsburg anyone living or working here will tell you!!!!!!!!!!!

Yea, this company stinks, they discriminate people, make you feel incompetent when it trully is the other way around, there is no communication between management, supervisors, technicians. They keep chnging their work procedures everyday and expect you to be on conference calls after 8pm, no consideration for everyone else's family life
