I was at my wits end with a wrong d.o.b. and had forgotten my password. My response from yahoo
was sorry too bad!! – however from your website I was able to find the very ELUSIVE telephone number
of yahoo customer service and thankfully spoke very quickly (cos no one else can find their number!!!)
to a customer rep, who actually HELPED ME!!!!!!! YES OH YES!!! i have my account and MY LIFE back!! THANKYOU.
